Hi, I’m Alicia, the creator of Turner Recruiting & Consulting, LLC!
I’m a WELL- seasoned recruiter that has been in the recruiting business since 2010. I originally started on the National Recruiting Team for an authorized retailer for Verizon wireless, assisting over eight markets from the beginning of the hiring process to setting up final interviews. I then worked for a high-end jewelry store for five years serving as the In-house Recruiter, HR Representative, and Executive Assistant. I learned a lot about the jewelry industry including the processes and positions within a jewelry store. Through the years I continued to recruit independently for multiple companies and all levels of positions. When 2022 rolled around, I decided to create my own company where I could really focus on my passion! I felt I could help even more companies and more candidates. I wanted to be the person that bridged the gap of communication for both my clients and my candidates. I love what I do, I love building relationships, and I love seeing my candidates getting hired in addition to my clients being happy with their hires.
To me, hiring is about finding the right person for the right position. It’s not just the company needing someone to fit their needs of the position, it’s also about finding what is a good fit for the candidate and their families. I provide the highest level of service for both my clients and my candidates!
